1. Make sure you have a minimum of N50 on your MTN sim
2. Go to dial pad and dial *131*25# you will a message as in the screenshot below 
3. Then reply with your choice whether to renew on expiry or not to.
4. You will receive a message saying the data plan has been activated so just open your browser and start surfing the net.
